UCT’s UT Series turntables have been designed specifically for thermal spray application. Loading ranges from 300 kg to 50 tons, its heavy-duty construction is designed to withstand the harsh environment of the thermal spray process and its robust nature ensures that it can handle the most demanding of applications.
The UT Series also offers a high degree of accuracy and reliability, thanks to its robust servo motor and precision planetary gear system. Additionally, its compact design and low weight make it easy to install and transport.
The UT Series is available in a variety of configurations, including single-axis and dual-axis models, as well as manual and multi-spindle automated versions. The UT Series also includes a control panel and a user-friendly interface for easy operation

Security interlock to prevent possible motion of mechanical over tilting
Soft brake control software for controlled braking of rotation during an emergency stop.
