Cooling Nozzles

Cooling nozzle is used for cooling the part while it is being thermal sprayed so that the phenomena of size deformation or even phase change of its base material due to being overheated will not occur. UCT can provide cooling nozzles of different configurations, either being attached on spraying torch or in case of being a stand-alone product, mounted on robot, lathe, inner wall of spraying booth, or simply let it stood on the ground, for customers to choose based on their specific needs on site. What’s more, the metal flexible hose allows the nozzle to spray cooling air in the desired direction, and the air flow can be controlled simply by adjusting the valve on the nozzle.
