To further strengthen its production capacity of cored wire, Langqiao Company has recently purchased two sets of cored wire production lines with an additional investment of 3 million yuan after the completion of the facility construction in 2010. The cored wire used in arc spraying has always been the main product of Langqiao Company with annual sales of more than 200 tons. To develop new products to maintain its leading position and technical advantages in China, Langqiao company has been engaged in R&D of new arc spraying cored wires while expanding its production capacity. 

Langqiao's co-founder and CTO Prof. Yongchang Jia is the first man in China that applied welding cored wire on arc spray practice since year 2000. Some very well-known cored wire products had been developed and marketed to the Chinese market since then.
