With the operation areas of 8,000m² workshop and 3,000m² office, UCT's Beijing facility installed five sets of thermal spraying units equipped completely with imported thermal spraying equipment including plasma, HVOF (for both gas and kerosene fuels), arc and flame spraying equipment was successfully completed in September 2010 after an eighteen-month construction. 

The completion of this facility, located in Changping district, north of Beijing, enables UCT, along with its jobshop division "Liantuo" in Hangzhou city of Zhejiang province, to form a geographical convenience (one in north one in south of China) to provide more efficient thermal spraying services for domestic customers.
