Beijing Langqiao Surface Tecnologies Co. (LQ) is the major domestic contractor for spraying boiler tubes with a yearly spraying area of over 3,000m² in 2011. Most of the boiler tube erosion and corrosion resistant coating sprayed by LQ were conducted with arc spray equipment. Based on the experience and expertise on arc spraying applications, LQ developed its first arc spraying system L’Arc-400^® in 2012 and have been used on some LQ’s boiler tube spraying projects.

Compared with L’Arc–400^®, the L’Arc-Pro^® developed in 2013 is a more advanced arc spraying equipment product.  L’Arc-Pro^® adopts push - pull mode for smooth and stable wire feeding, the concept of power supply unit designing enables a stable current transfer, the closed loop control on current, voltage, compressed air, as well as adoption of Siemens PLC and touch screen improves the process stability, operational convenience of the equipment and make the process precisely controllable. All these advanced features eventually contribute to the homogeneousness and repeatability of the coatings. L’Arc - Pro^® as an advanced arc spray device, can be applied on the high-end applications such as aviation, capacitor, seam welding of pipe, restoration of precision components etc.
