Coating Equipment for Ball Valves

Depending on the fluid medium, hard-sealed ball valves can undergo surface wear-resistant treatment using either supersonic flame spraying or flame spray welding processes. However, due to the wide variety and sizes of ball valves, some small-sized ball valves and their seats require large quantities of coating.

To address this need, United Coating has designed and developed an automated coating production line for ball valves, enabling continuous sandblasting and spraying operations.

For large ball valves, United Coating has developed a large-scale fully automatic sandblasting system that allows continuous sandblasting while recycling abrasive particles.

Additionally, the design of the coating booths and spray gun operating mechanisms supports flexible solutions capable of coating both ball valves and gate valves.
